I have over twenty-six years’ experience in information technology, project management, and operations working on diverse projects. I spent two years with one company and 24 years with another company.

My education portfolio consists of two Associate degrees (Arts and Science); a Bachelor of Arts in Business Information Systems, minor in Project Management and Organizational Management; a Doctoral Candidate, Ph.D. In Management, concentration in Leadership and Organizational Change (LOL). I pride myself on being a scholar-practitioner, as a scholar-practitioner, critical thinking will be a daily routine. A scholar learns, documents, and find instruments used in the learning process and someone committed to studying the world to understand how the different entities interchanges. A practitioner uses the information learned to change the world and improve programs; therefore, a scholar-practitioner uses the skills, and knowledge learned to make informed decisions.

The business is divided into four segments, (1) Podcast, (2) Blog, (3) Research, (4) Charitable Organizations.

Segment 1: Podcast

In the podcast segment, I will talk about topics that are not only important to me but the community. The community could be local, state, national, or international.

Segment 2: Blog

In the blog segment, I will write about different topics and some of the podcasts will be transcribed and published in this section.

Segment 3: Research

In the research segment, I will ask questions about past and future podcast topics. I will also post research questions I will incorporate into publications such as my books. The questions will be constructed to protect participants privacies and identities. Sex, race, age group range, country, state, city, and work experience are some of the critical required fields. The research segment will play a critical role in my post-doctoral life.

Segment 4: Charitable Organizations

I was introduced to an organization call METAvivor by a friend and ex-coworker. METAvivor uses 100% of donations for metastatic breast cancer (MBC) research. I was impressed with this organization’s mission and have joined the fight. RAG Point Community LLC, a company 100% committed to supporting this organization. MATAvivor is the first charity organization RAG Point Community LLC supports today, but I expect to add others to the list.
